Do you take insurance?
Yes, we take (and can apply for you) VA benefits and long term care insurance.

Do you have a secured environment?
Yes, we have secured egress in our memory care and of course 24 hour staff on duty to provide security around the clock.

What kind of rooms do you have?
We have both medium and large sized studios and companion suites.

How much does it cost?
Each residents needs are different so call or visit to get a more detailed cost breakdown.

What kinds of activities are offered?
Live music, bus rides and outings, walking club, games, crafts, bingo, movies, cooking, gardening, morning exercise class, several different religious services, and more.

Can you take my Mom/Dad to their Dr. appointments?
Yes, and there is no charge for this service.

What is assisted living?
Assisted living fits in between skilled nursing and independent living. With Assisted living we provide care for people with their activities of daily living. For example, we can help someone transfer out of bed and into their wheel chair. We can help with dressing and showering, etc. When needs are more medical such as post-operative surgical care or constant monitoring by as physician, that is more Skilled nursing care than assisted. Please call and we will discuss your situation. It is always our first priority to ensure that each person is at their appropriate level of care.

Can people go on hospice and stay at Alta Manor?

Do you offer respite care?
Yes, a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 29 days.

Is there a long term lease?
No, all residents are on a month to month lease.

Do you have a nurse on site?
Yes, we have a nurse.
